What is the essence of what you do?
As a summer intern, I assist with both clinical and administrative sides of the clinic. On the clinical side, I help the physical therapists by making sure that patients are always being assisted. I help the patients run through their treatment smoothly and ensure they are getting the best care possible. On the administrative side, I am involved in patient outreach and I assist our office Manager and Patient Representative by confirming that patients are in the best position financially to receive treatment.
What are your personal interests?
I practice mixed martial arts. I earned my Black Belt three years ago and mixed martial arts remains a big part of my life! I also enjoy the outdoors. I ski frequently and recently I have become an avid rock climber.
What do you believe?
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out.” – Robert Collier
What do you like most about working with patients?
I like seeing patients progress throughout their treatment and getting to know them as they become a part of the HPPS family.
What do you like most about working at HPPS?
I like how we are a family here at HPPS and we work together for the same goal, to make sure that patients can live their best lives possible.
Why did you choose to work with a physical therapist?
I chose to work with a physical therapist because I enjoy learning about the way strengthening muscles aid in the healing process. It is satisfying to see patients walk out the doors of our office feeling better.
