The essence of what I do as a patient representative is to help patients get the treatment they are seeking as quickly as possible. It’s the common goal of our clinics and for our patients to be able to help them and guide them into their path of healing. My job is to welcome new and returning patients to our family and keep all files in the system up to date.
My personal interests are exercising, reading, and listening to music in my free time.

My favorite thing about working with patients is seeing that each person has their own unique story. Behind every injury is a story, and behind every patient, there is a person who is going through something that makes them very vulnerable. It’s very special to see patients walk out of HPPS feeling better, healthier, and stronger. I personally can relate because I was a patient at HPPS before I started working here. I ran Cross Country and Track and Field for Union City High School, throughout my running career I had a couple of injuries. I was referred to HPPS for physical therapy, which is how I had Gail as my physical therapist. Gail and her team had been very attentive and caring about my injuries and with their help I was able to return to my sport in a couple of weeks.
During the time that I have been working here, I believe that our patients appreciate how we acknowledge them for who they are and how we treat them. In our clinic, it is very important to us to ensure that patients feel comfortable and welcomed. I believe that our patients love how in HPPS we provide a safe environment for our patients.
For me, the essence of being a patient representative is to advocate for patient’s rights, ensure quality care, and enhance communication between patients and their providers.
Outside of the clinical setting I enjoy hiking, watching movies with my family, and enjoying time with my loved ones.
I believe in empathy and compassion. When working in healthcare it is very important to understand the patient’s experience including emotional and physical.
I like building relationships with patients, it is essential to have positive interactions. Making a positive impact and helping patients overcome challenges, and improve their well-being. The satisfaction of making a positive impact can be incredibly rewarding.
What I like the most about Hpps is the team-oriented environment, it enhances the quality of patient care. Working with people who share a passion for patients creates a supportive and collaborative work environment.
As a physical therapist, I aim to collaborate with my patients in their rehabilitation journey by providing effective techniques to ensure the most efficient recovery for a better quality of life.
In my free time, I enjoy things like cycle class, reading books, spending time with friends and family, learning, and listening to music. I also enjoy volunteering at my church with the tech team, praise and worship team, and ReGeneration recovery ministry.

HPPS creates a good healing environment, and the staff all work together to provide the best care for our patients/clients.
I have the best patients! They work hard in the clinic and apply what they learn at home in their everyday life to achieve their goals. We have fun getting to know each other and growing together because as much as my patients learn from me, I also learn from them.
I had a personal experience with physical therapy after a rare shoulder injury that I thought was going to stop me from playing volleyball ever again. I was so amazed by the results – I was able to achieve my goal of playing the position I wanted as a young athlete. Because of my experience, I wanted others to feel the same excitement and happiness in life after finishing physical therapy and getting back to doing what they love.
HPPS patients don’t hesitate to tell us how much they appreciate the care that is provided to them. They don’t come just for treatment, but they also stop by to say hi and check up on us like we are close family and friends. We make sure that you feel welcome and a part of our family at HPPS.
I manage the day-to-day operations at HPPS!
I love to travel, cook, read, party styling, and home decorating.
I believe that YOU ARE THE AUTHOR OF THE BOOK OF YOUR LIFE.
Working with an extraordinary and passionate team that genuinely cares about our patients.
As a physical therapist, I strive to provide top-quality, evidence-based care for each and every one of my patients. I want to work with my patients to develop a treatment plan that will help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore their function. I encourage people to live an active lifestyle and take back their independence.
I always enjoyed worldwide traveling and going to the beach! I have a passion for cooking and exploring new recipes. In the winter I will be snowboarding and in the summer I will be at the beach!
“Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.”
I love getting to know and motivating each of my patients. Every patient comes into the clinic with a goal and we get to work together to achieve it!
I became a physical therapist after realizing PT is an essential part of helping people recover from a variety of injuries. Physical therapists get to spend time and develop trust with their patients which helps guide them to an optimal recovery.
One of the reasons why my patients and I love being at HPPS is that it is an energetic, encouraging environment where everyone feels like they are part of a family.
