Hudson Premier PT & Sports (HPPS) COVID UPDATE Safety Procedures

We want the safety of our guests and staff to be the number one priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask all guests to kindly honor our policies.

OUR COMMITMENT

HPPS enforces a strict policy that no staff member works if they have any health concerns or are showing symptoms of illness.

We have a standard Covid exposure questionnaire upon each patients visit.

Our by appointment only sessions has been arranged to ensure 6-feet of space between individuals to maintain safe distancing.

All equipments, tables and chairs are sanitized in between each patient/client. All doorknobs and publicly used handles are sanitized hourly, including bathroom sinks, etc.

Our clinical staff use sterile gloves and wear face coverings when in treatment area. All members are required to wear face coverings when on-duty.

YOUR COMMITMENT

All Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy Sessions require advanced reservation.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your visit to a later date.

If you have traveled out of state, Kindly let us know and we will determine if you will need to wait for 2 weeks before returning to the clinic

For the safety of our staff and guests, we ask that all patients/clients wear a face covering throughout the clinic. (If you forgot your face mask, please ask any staff member how to avail our HPPS mask)

Please wash your hands as soon as you come in and often during the course of your treatment session.

To adhere to safe distancing protocol, we advise patients to have family members wait outside or just come back if needed to be picked up.

Please maintain a safe distance of 6-feet between yourself and other patients/clients during your visit.

Physical Therapy is an Essential Service

As a medical treatment, physical therapy is deemed an essential service. Both clinics remain open to treat patients in person.

Please contact your local clinic to confirm hours of operation.
